Job Description
LK Jordan is seeking a Licensed AC Technician skilled in diagnosing repairing and installing units. Must be dependable safety-focused and able to work independently or as part of a team. Strong communication and customer service skills required.
Schedule: Monday - Friday from 7:45am - 5:00pm
Pay Rate: $23.00 - $26.00 hourly DOE
Duties
Install maintain and repair air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties.
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with air conditioning units
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions for their air conditioning requirements.
Document all service calls and repairs accurately for record-keeping purposes.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Drive a service van to various job sites ensuring timely arrival for scheduled appointments.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Service Technician or Mechanic preferably in the Plumbing/HVAC industry.
Familiarity with air conditioning systems including installation maintenance and repair processes.
Knowledge of property maintenance practices related to HVAC systems is a plus.
Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams related to air conditioning design and build specifications.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record is required for driving service vehicles.
Must be able to pass a background and drug screen.
EPA Certified.
