Overview:
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8a-5p.
No holidays or weekends
Valid Ohio drivers license and proof of auto insurance is required by hospital policy. Must pass a motor vehicle background inspection insurance eligibility driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Childrens Hospital and must maintain qualification of insurance guidelines.

Essential Functions:
- Provides home visits to women and their families for the duration of the NFP program.
- Delivers individualized comprehensive care across the six programmatic domains: personal health environmental health life course development maternal role family & friends and health & human services.
- Contributes to a positive work environment that promotes productivity mentoring teamwork and cooperation. Actively participates in case conferences team meetings one to one supervision and departmental meetings.
- Stays informed of current healthcare developments trends and professional development to provide safe quality nurse home visiting services
- Provides education support and referral resources in assisting women and their families in attaining their targeted goal.
Education Requirement:
BSN preferred.
Licensure Requirement:
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
- Valid Ohio drivers license and proof of auto insurance as required by hospital policy and position-specific requirements. Must pass motor vehicle background inspection insurance eligibility driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Childrens Hospital and maintain qualification of insurance guidelines.
Skills:
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking) highly desirable.
Experience:
Two years recent experience in maternal/child health public health home visiting or equivalent combination of education/experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
