Job Description
Schedule: Weekdays and Weekends (Flexible Hours)
Pay: $20$25/hour (based on experience)
- Lead small-group fitness sessions and active games for kids ages 412
- Create weekly plans focused on movement agility balance strength and fun
- Modify exercises for various ages and abilities
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment at all times
- Set up and clean up equipment before and after each session
- Positively manage group dynamics and behavior
- Communicate with parents/guardians in a professional and friendly manner
- Collaborate with team to help grow the Fit Kids Club experience
- Experience working with children (coaching teaching camp counselor etc.)
- Background in fitness education early childhood development or recreation
- Confident leading high-energy group activities
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain before start)
- Must pass a background check
- Reliable upbeat and great with kids
- Youth fitness or group fitness certification (NASM Youth ACE etc.)
- Experience in gymnastics sports dance martial arts or performance
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Free access to recovery tools (cold plunge sauna)
