Job Description

Intensive Care Consortium (ICC) Healthcare is seeking a Critical Care Intensivist to join the HCA Florida Osceola Hospital team in Kissimmee Candidates:Must be board certified/board eligible in Critical CareStrong cardiac experience and interest preferredDays only 7 on/7 offNO call requirements15 (12-hour) shifts per monthStaffing model: 1-Physician day 1- APP night20 Bed CVICUPossible GME/teaching opportunity available for the right candidateInterest in ECMO plans to start programIncentive/Benefits Package:Competitive compensation with an excellent benefits package including health dental life insurance stock options 401k with company match disability CME allowance and days and moreExpert practice management including privileging provider enrollment and billing and collectionsAppropriate staffing models and flexible schedulingOccurrence based malpractice InsuranceAbout ICC Healthcare:ICC Healthcare employees over 500 providers in 55 programs with 6-8 new programs opening each are part of the HCA system of care.
