About you and this role
DowsInformation Systemsfunction is seeking individuals for an exciting and challenging opportunity as an entry levelIT Analystlocated in one of the global IT centers (Dows global headquarters in Midland MI or Houston TX).
Responsibilities:
The IT Analyst will supportprojects that are critical to moving forward Dows IT Strategy and digitally transforming the organization. They will support critical business and technical needs for Dow business research and manufacturing functions around the world in a variety of process & technology areas including but not limited to artificial intelligence/machine learning SAP analytics project management mobile and/or desktop application development cloud architectures and contemporary security solutions.
Candidates must have a strong interest in the application of information technology to meet rapidly changing business needs and the ability to work with diverse global teams in an empowered environment. The following skills are essential for success:

You may work together with support personnel from the United States; Sao Paulo Brazil; Mumbai India; and Shanghai China as well as clients from any other Dow global location.
You will be joining the IT rotational program to enable you to rotate through three IT teams in a five-year time span.
The role allows employees flexibility by choosing when to work remotely and when to attend on-site activities based on project work and role needs. The selected candidate will be expected to live a commutable distance from one of Dows offices in Midland (MI USA) or Houston (TX USA) at a frequency to be agreed upon by the employee and their leader.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelors or Masters degree inComputer Science Computer Engineering Cybersecurity Information Systems or a closely related discipline.
- GPA of3.0or higher is preferred.
- A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
Additional Notes:
Candidates should haveno more than two (2) years of relevant full-time work experiencepost-graduation. This role is part of our Early Career Program and is designed for individuals early in their professional journey.
