Job Description
Crane Worldwide Logistics is a leader in supply chain solutions with over 130 locations across 30 countries providing individual services that address our clients logistics challenges.
Essential Job Functions:
- Responsible for pre & post fixture operations including ocean freight negotiations.
- Co-ordinating with clients & vessel owners and preparing charter parties.
- Co-ordinating or shipping of OOG /over dimensional/Heavy Breakbulk or project cargo movements.
- Key Clients Management & consultative sales to distinguish market presence by effectively probing and identifying needs and suggesting solutions to help customers.
- Ensuring service development to improve customer satisfaction and productivity and retention.
- Preparing & finalizing commercials for OOG /over dimensional/Heavy Breakbulk or project cargo.
- Synergize inter office coordination and liaison with various network offices globally within the company to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
- Responsible for handling complete door to door Project/Break Bulk operations & Pricing.
Other Skills and Abilities:
Strong negotiation skills with carriers and vessel owners
Expertise in OOG Breakbulk & Project Cargo handling
Commercial acumen in pricing and cost analysis
Experience in client coordination and charter party documentation
Good communication and interdepartmental coordination
Attention to details
Familiarity with industry tools and market trends
