Project Coordinator/ EIT- Multiple locations available

This position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
- Data Collection and Analysis: Conduct environmental monitoring in the field including surface water and groundwater monitoring and process and analyse results.
- Insights and Reporting: Prepare technical documents including draft work plans reports and biological/chemical datasets. Work in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary project team to complete environmental assessments and permit applications.
- Document preparation Bid Solicitation/Request for Proposal/Tender Preparation: Collaborate in the preparation of proposals and business development prepare technical reports.
- Health Safety and Environment: Follow the organizations health safety and environment (HSE) policies procedures and mandatory instructions to identify and mitigate environmental risks and risks to the well-being of self and others in the workplace; instruct the team in safe working methods; identify instances of risky behaviors within the team and take appropriate action escalating serious issues as appropriate.
- Project Management: Assist with contract administration and cost control
- Client & Customer Management (External): Help senior colleagues manage client and customer relationships by using relevant sales or client systems.

Desired Skills & Experience:
- Bachelors degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering or similar.
- EIT registered / Engineers Nova Scotia
- 0-2 years of industry experience
- Strong technical writing data analysis and interpretation skills
- Willing to travel for work and able to conduct fieldwork
- Previous field experience is an asset
- Must hold a valid Drivers license
