- Operate lawn care machinery and equipment
- Perform basic shop/warehouse tasks
- Identify and recommend additional services to customers and prospects

- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a variety of weather conditions
- Comfortable operating machinery and meeting production goals
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
