Prime Air is seeking an experienced Senior Supply Chain Program Manager to drive the delivery of critical milestones involving design and development industrialization and manufacturing operations with key strategic suppliers. This role requires excellent leadership skills to build trust and drive alignment.

The desired candidate will possess a supply chain background background have demonstrated experience leading large-scale development efforts and be able to operate in ambiguous and technically complex spaces. You are responsible for driving cross-functional supply chain procurement supply base engineering and logistics teams to deliver on complex schedules to ensure we meet program milestones. You are an effective written and verbal communicator and adept at communicating to executives up to and including vice presidents. You are relentlessly organized and can juggle competing priorities across a complex organization.

Key job responsibilities
- Own and drive strategic suppliers milestones tracking and implementation of deliverables integrated scheduling quality and cost
- Work with global commodity managers engineering quality and supply base engineering to create implement and drive processes that improve execution and communication with suppliers.
- Remove blockers to help integrated programs move faster and implement opportunities to accelerate on the critical path
- Communicate status risks blockers and integrated schedule to stakeholders including executives
- Own the integrated schedule including communicating status and risks for the supply chain organization



Export Control License
This position may require a deemed export control license for compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Placement is contingent on Amazons ability to apply for and obtain an export control license on your behalf.

- 8 years of program or project management experience
- 5 years of supply chain experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership

- 2 years of driving process improvements experience
- Masters degree or MBA in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
