Implement individualized ABA programs and behavior intervention plans as designed by the direct 1:1 or small-group instruction to support students in the development of communication social academic and self-care reinforcement strategies and data-driven techniques to encourage positive behavior record and summarize data on student progress and behavior throughout in regular team meetings and training sessions to review data and adjust students during transitions mealtimes and classroom activities as with teachers and therapists to support carryover of skills across a safe respectful and engaging learning environment at all times. Adhere to all district and special education policies and procedures ensuring compliance with each students Individualized Education Program (IEP) and/or 504 Plan.
