Provide general admin/office support.
Responsibilities
Build a positive supportive and strong working team environment for RLFYE student staff. Enhance student staff interactions and culture and coordinate frequent staff bonding opportunities. Assist AC/ GRD /RD in implementing hall office operations and services of the hall (Manage storage room inventory copy job orders etc.). Attend weekly one-on-one meetings with supervisor. Attend 2-hour monthly Professional Development meetings on the last Friday of every month. Assist with planning and facilitation of student staff training for RAs during the fall and spring semester including bi-monthly staff development. Schedule and input all duty schedules in roompact and approve all duty swaps throughout the year. Assist with new resident check-ins throughout the year (including RIF completion door decorations etc.). Assist in creating small staff meeting agendas and partial facilitation of small staff meetings. Manage social media platforms for their assigned building and communication manager (if applicable). Serve as a resource and role model for RLFYE student staff. Working collaboratively with other leads in creating how-to guides for all RAs. Update lead transition report throughout the academic year. Complete 2-5 hours weekly of building specific tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications
Little to minimal prior experience. Ability to learn support process. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
