In this role as a Senior Product Designer you will:
- Design experiences at the intersection of our two core users: Corporate event planners and restaurant operators.
- For Restaurants help grow and manage their private dining offerings through translating complex restaurant operations into compelling intuitive solutions.
- For Diners assist in how they discover book and manage private dining reservations.
- Facilitating research with restaurant users and event planners to understand their end-to-end needs inform our strategy and gain learnings on experiments.
- Work closely with a smart collaborative remote team of product designers product managers sales and engineers.

You enjoy solving complex design challenges and are a systems thinker. You have experience designing for web and have an exceptional portfolio that showcases a breadth of product design work. You also have:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in product design.
- Experience designing for two-sided marketplaces.
- Balancing rapid build-to-learn experimentation with longer term practical design thinking
- Strong visual and interaction skills.
- The ability to negotiate prioritize and break down design work into measurable outcomes while advocating for the user
- Incorporated AI into workflows to improve and speed up design process and outcomes.
- Strong curiosity and willingness to learn from others
- An appetite and appreciation for feedback from stakeholders and peers
- Led user research and can link research findings to designs
- The ability to manage time effectively and can self-direct to deliver against agreed-upon commitments
- Experience collaborating with product managers and engineers in an agile environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and can clearly articulate design decisions
- Experience working with remote teams
- Expertise in Figma and other prototyping tools
