Mini Masterminds in Tallawong north-west of Greater Sydney is looking for a passionate full time Diploma Room Leader(Monday to Friday). Join our mission to create a safe stimulating inclusive space where every child thrives!

Our Tallawong Centre caters for 78 children in premium purpose-built learning spaces that spark curiosity and inspire discovery.

What Were Looking For
Completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
Current First Aid & CPR certification
Valid Working With Children Check and Child Protection Certificate
What Youll Do
Deliver playful engaging child-led learning experiences aligned with the EYLF and NQS.
Plan implement and document intentional learning programs.
Cultivate a safe inclusive environment where creativity and resilience flourish.
Build meaningful partnerships with children families and colleagues.
Track and celebrate childrens developmental milestones.
