Duties include but not limited to:
Providing psychotherapy services as an Independent Contractor to our older adult patients.
Provide therapy services to the Geriatric Community using Telehealth.
Provide services to the Geriatric Community as a social worker and helping patients find the resources necessary to maintain their lifestyle from the right doctor to medical equipment and more.
Requirements
Counselors must be licensed in Florida as a LCSW to provide counseling
NOTE: Unfortunately if you are an intern or if you require supervision to provide counseling services you cannot be a provider for Mind & Mobility at this time.
Experience counseling geriatric patients using Telehealth
Excellent written communication
Reliable Internet connection
Currently residing in the US
Able to pass a Level 2 Background Screening including finger prints
Note: Counselors are independent providers not Mind & Mobility employees.
