Position Highlights:
- Position: Patient Access Training Manager

- Schedule: Monday Friday
Responsibilities:
- Manage training program for Patient Access
- Provide constructive feedback and one-on-one coaching to staff by reviewing errors as learning opportunities and supporting ongoing growth and development. Set and maintain registration error rate goals
- Elevate issues as appropriate to the manager director and/or VP of Rev Cycle
- Running analyzing QA reporting for curriculum development
- Assist in performance planning and coaching to all Patient Access staff
- Manage PRN pool schedule
- Work with managers and directors to assist in providing coverage for employee PTO and call outs thru the PRN pool
- Fill in to cover a shift as needed
- New employee training
- Plan and execute a training process for all new registration prior authorization and scheduling employees.
- Ensure each employee is signed off on all competencies and has access to all payer
- Training manual upkeep
- Review and update training manuals Quarterly or as needed with Patient Access updates.
- Attend any departmental meetings.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Associates degree in healthcare administration business or a related field (Bachelors degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting specifically within scheduling registration or prior authorization.
- At least 2 years of experience developing and delivering staff training and/or managing onboarding programs.
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle operations and workflows.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments and leadership levels.
Compensation:
- $28.00 32.20 per hour depending on education and experience.

- Relocation: Must relocate to Grand Junction CO 81505 before starting work.
