As recently as Friday 11th July 2025 we were honoured to win the title of Regional Insulation & Fabric Installer and Contractor of the Year!
Were growing fast and we want YOU to be a part of it. CES is on a mission to make homes warmer greener and more energy-efficient by delivering free energy-saving solutions to eligible homeowners. Now were expanding and have space for 4 skilled install teamsto join our renowned Insulation Division.
If youre an experienced team of 2 tradespeople (plastering drylining carpentry or IWI) this is your chance to secure steady well-paid work with a trusted and growing company.
What Youll Get:
- Weekly pay: per person
- Annual earnings:per team member
- Work away Monday to Friday accommodation sorted and paid
- Company van: Provided for every team
- All materials delivered: Just show up and install
- Customers sourced for you: We manage all leads and bookings
- Paid training: 5-day induction at 100/day per installer
- Ongoing development: Upskill and grow with us (Weve got our own fully kitted training ficilities)
What We Need from You:
- Experience in internal wall insulation plastering drylining or carpentry
- Ability to complete a full IWI install from start to finish
- Great timekeeping and the ability to manage workload efficiently
- A friendly and professional approach to customer service
- Willingness to work away from home during the week
