Job Description:

Role Overview

Key contributor to the Enterprise HR/Payroll Platform team focusing on ServiceNow enhancements and support. Responsible for improving efficiency resolving issues delivering enhancements and supporting case management tools in an Agile environment.

Expertise Required

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years of Business/Systems Analyst experience in ServiceNow.
• 2 years of JavaScript experience on ServiceNow.
• 5 years of ServiceNow configuration or 2 years of development experience.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
• Agile environment experience; HR knowledge preferred but not mandatory.
