Job Description
Job Title: PeopleSoft Financials Administrator (CAPPS Integration Broker PUM Oracle 19c)
Location: Hybrid ( 90% remote within the US. 10% William B. Travis State Building)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Required Qualifications:- Experience with Centralized Accounting and Payroll/Personnel System (CAPPS) PeopleSoft Financial System
- Experience in PeopleSoft Integration with third-party applications using Integration Broker and Web Services
- Experience in STAT PeopleSoft upgrades application tuning and deployment activities
- Experience in PeopleSoft XML/BI Publisher reports
- Experience with installing the latest PUM images using PeopleSoft Update Manager and Change Assistant
- Experience in PeopleSoft administration including configuration of application server web server and process scheduler
- Experience in troubleshooting and isolating technical problems related to application and web server
- Experience with PeopleSoft in a Linux/RedHat environment and working in an Oracle 19c or higher environment
- Experience with PeopleSoft Financials Application release 9.2
- Experience with PeopleSoft development tools using PeopleTools 8.51x or higher
- Experience in Quest STAT administration for PeopleSoft code deployments
- Experience with Education Materials Grants and Cash Receipts functionality
- Serve as a subject matter expert on PeopleSoft Financials technical architecture integration and deployment
- Lead installation and maintenance of PeopleSoft updates and patches using PUM and Change Assistant
- Manage and support PeopleSoft environments in a Linux/RedHat and Oracle 19c environment
- Configure and maintain application servers web servers and process schedulers
- Develop and maintain PeopleSoft XML/BI Publisher reports
- Perform code deployments upgrades and application tuning activities using STAT
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize performance
- Support integration efforts with third-party systems using Integration Broker and Web Services
- Document processes maintain best practices and ensure system security and performance
- Assist in implementing enhancements and supporting CAPPS and other financial modules
