Job Summary:
The Business Analyst will support the Supplier Relationship Management third-party risk program. This role involves identifying and monitoring supplier risks supporting the implementation of the Third-Party Risk Management Program tracking claims and providing reports on supply chain risks. The analyst will also assist with data gathering stakeholder communications and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:
- Support the SRM team in identifying suppliers not in the Ariba Risk system.
- Monitor all suppliers in the Ariba Risk module identify and report any risks associated with active suppliers.
- Support the implementation of the enterprise-wide Third-Party Risk Management Program.
- Track and report the status of active supplier-related claims.
- Support supply chain inquiries associated with Freedom of Information Law (FOIL).
- Support the gathering of data from Vendors for NERC compliance requests.
- Provide weekly reports of supply chain risks and work with internal stakeholders to mitigate/resolve the risks.
- Track and update data ensuring accuracy quality and integrity.
- Assist the team with stakeholder communications.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Tableau/Excel/MS Office experience.
Special Considerations:
- Candidates are required to be local to the Tri-State area and in W2 tax status.
- Fully remote positions are prohibited.
- Hybrid schedules are permissible with a minimum of 2 days on-site and can be fully on-site depending on business needs.
- Remote work privileges can be revoked at any time.
- The organization does not provide laptops; candidates will remote into desktops and dedicated workstations from their personal equipment on virtual days.
- Vendors must disclose foreign national status and all Visas at the time of candidate submission.
- A Benefits Waiver and Ethics Disclosure will be required during onboarding.
- Overtime is not permitted unless authorized in advance.
- Contingent Workers are required to badge in and out of the turnstiles for all daily entrances and exits.
