Job Description

Job Summary:

This role is for a Respiratory Therapist in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) setting within a Level II trauma center. The therapist will provide respiratory care to neonates requiring a minimum of two years of experience. Weekend availability is mandatory.
Location: Everett Washington United States
Responsibilities:
- Providing respiratory care to neonates in a NICU setting.
- Performing patient assessments and treatments.
- Managing ventilators and other respiratory equipment.
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Maintaining accurate patient records.
- Adhering to all hospital policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license.
- Current ACLS BLS and NRP certifications.
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
- NICU experience.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Neonatal Pediatric Specialist (NPS) certification.

Special Considerations:
- Weekend work is required.
- No block scheduling is available.
- A 50-mile radius rule applies for location.
- Pending state licenses are not accepted.
- Only one request per contract is allowed for RTO restrictions.
- This position is located at the Pacific Campus.

Scheduling:
- 3 twelve-hour shifts per week.
- Shift type: Days.
- Specific shift assignments will be determined by the employer.
