Job Summary:
The Salesforce Developer will serve as a Technical Solution Lead for the CRM Platform taking ownership of all technical aspects of a Salesforce Enterprise Service Cloud implementation. This includes custom code systems integrations 3rd party applications and AppExchange products. The role involves providing thought leadership researching solutions managing integrations and collaborating on the CRM platform vision. The developer will also be directly accountable for converting product requirements into architecture and design blueprints.

Responsibilities:
- Develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions using Configuration and Customization - APEX Class Triggers Visualforce pages Lightning components etc.
- Manage and recommend changes to integrations between Salesforce and multiple other platforms and technologies.
- Lead conceptual and technical solution design for assigned features improvements to meet business requirements.
- Perform hands-on configuration and development as needed to resolve technical issues.
- Provide a vision for the CRM platform and identify gaps in business processes that could be addressed with Salesforce solutions.
- Identify skills and roles needed for technical projects and participate in vendor selection and/or hiring of team members.
- Coach and mentor less-experienced analysts and act as team leader on highly complicated systems projects.
- Convert product requirements into an architecture and design that will become the blueprint for the solution being created.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science MIS or similar area of study.
- 10 years of Salesforce Development & Design experience.
- 2 years of Developing System Architecture Documents.
- Salesforce Architect Domain Certifications.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Proficient in Lightning Platform and capabilities.
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce programming including APEX Lightning Web Components and Visual Force.
- Experienced with integrations between Salesforce and multiple other platforms and technologies.
- Strong knowledge of including workflows triggers reporting general design concepts and overall approach of as a CRM platform.
