Job Description
Position: Distribution Technician
Location: Bedford MA 01730
Duration: 12 Months
Job Type: Contract
Work Type: Onsite
Shift Timings: Monday to Friday from 07:30 AM to 04:30 PM
Job Description:
- Prepare and account for all material movement documentation and update SAP system accordingly.
- Place all incoming and outgoing materials including finished goods raw materials and supplies in the appropriate staging and storage locations.
- Prepare materials for shipment involving all modes of transportation (LTL TL ocean rail and air freight).
- Verify receipts to ensure damage-free products are introduced into our systems and accurate records are maintained.
- Preserve the quality and integrity of materials while loading and unloading activities occur.
- Keep and maintain designated warehouses safe clean and in a presentable manner at all times.
- Print and collate shipping documents by order.
- Respond to communications with other departments. Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- HS diploma
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a warehouse background is required
- Willing to take new people with relevant skills

- Computer software systems
- Inventory Management/Control
- Warehousing experience
- Previous licensing on forklifts/electric vehicles power jacks forklift etc.
