Clinic Snapshot

  • Daily Volume 30 40 appointments per day (3 4 per hour).

  • Surgery In-house procedures most weekdays including orthopedics.

  • Doctor-to-Tech Ratio Target is 1 doctor to 3 technicians.

  • Support Team Full-time techs reception staff and a part-time practice manager.

  • Accreditation AAHA-accredited and committed to high-quality care.

  • Structure Typically single-doctor days with relief or part-time coverage as needed.

  • Culture Fast-paced collaborative and service-focused.

Role Overview

As a Veterinary Technician youll be hands-on in nearly every aspect of patient care including:

  • Assisting in surgical procedures and anesthesia monitoring.

  • Collecting lab samples and running diagnostics.

  • Taking radiographs and imaging.

  • Administering medications and vaccines.

  • Educating pet owners on post-op care and health plans.

  • Restraining animals safely and compassionately.

  • Keeping accurate records and ensuring a clean efficient environment.

What Were Looking For

  • Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) preferred but not required.

  • PA technician license (or eligibility to obtain).

  • 1 years of clinical experience in a vet setting.

  • Skills in surgery support diagnostics and patient care.

  • A collaborative compassionate approach to client and animal care.
