Job Description
Contract: 08/04/2025 to 3 Months from Project Start Date.
Rate: $21/ hr on W2 (All Inclusive)
Location: 2225 S. 22nd Avenue Phoenix AZ 85009
Tentative Shift Hours: Monday to Friday 6 AM to 2:30 PM (40 Hours/Week).
Closing Date & Time: 7/23/2025 1:00:00 PM

Candidates must be local at time of submission and available for in person interviews within 1 week of the posting close date. Candidates must also be able to start within 2 weeks of an offer being made.
Job Description:
- This position performs a variety of heavy/light vehicles/equipment parts/supplies acquisitions and supply warehouse activities in accordance with State Procurement Laws ADOT and
- EQS Policies/Procedures.
- Ordering/Purchasing of parts and supplies maintaining Purchase Card log and receipts for purchases.
- Perform parts/supplies stock inventories/reconciliations in accordance with EQS Policies or as directed by the supervisor or management.
- Provide customer service support in person and by phone or e-mail. Fill parts/supplies stock orders and stock/replenish supply warehouse shelves with line items.
- Assist in obtaining tracking and posting chemical Material Data Safety Sheets as warranted.
Skills:
- 2 Years of Purchasing Experience
- 2 Years of Customer Service Experience
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Stocking items
