Job Description
This position accepts agency bids on Bill Rate. Agencies are able to upload at a rate they need in order to be successful. AHSA can and will consult on inquiries of how competitive your rate may be.
This position sets up all radiographic equipment prior to performing angiographic procedures processes and performs quality control checks on cine radiographic images assists in preparing patient for procedures and assists other members of the cath lab/Interventional Radiology staff and physicians as needed to ensure timely and efficient use of the cardiac cath lab/special procedures.
Responsibilities(35%)* Assists in prepping patients sterile tray set up post-cath care and procedures and room clean up.
(35%)* Manipulates equipment and sets appropriate techniques on radiographic generators to achieve optimal image quality.
(30%)* Operates a variety of electronic equipment including cardiac output computers oxygen saturation equipment hemodynamic equipment pacemakers etc. and performs oxygen saturation studies and cardiac output measurements.

- 2 Years of Experience - Required
- IR Experience - Required
- ARRT - Required
- Neuro Experience - Required
- BLS (AHA) - Required
- ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION (Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer / Please obtain this information prior to submittal / Requests after offer can be cause for rescinded offer)
- Work History
- Skills Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to the specialty
- 2 Supervisory Reference Forms taken within the last two years
- Candidates Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates - 50-mile radius restriction)
