JOB TITLE: Conformal Coating Technician
LOCATION: Clearwater FL
PAY RATE: Up to $18/hour
We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

Shift: Monday Thursday 5:00 AM 3:30 PM EST (Overtime available on weekends)

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
-
Read and interpret blueprints labeling diagrams and mixing ratios
-
Operate various dispensing and coating machines according to specifications
-
Mask/tape circuit boards to protect areas from coating or potting
-
Inspect assemblies for proper coverage and quality
-
Perform touch-ups on missed areas and remove excess coating
-
Maintain clean and replenish coating/dispensing machines
-
Perform encapsulation and finishing of discrete assemblies
-
Handle and apply potting bonding and coating compounds lubricants spray coats and insulation
-
Replenish chemicals solvents and process fluids as needed
-
Transport circuit boards and materials between work areas
-
Maintain clean and safe work environment through general housekeeping
-
Complete required Specific Function Training courses
-
Assist with additional tasks as directed by the supervisor
Requirements:
-
High School Diploma or GED required
-
The ideal candidate for this position will have an artistic background and a strong attention to detail-for example individuals with experience in nail artistry graphic design or creating car wraps.

Knowledge of various materials used.

Must complete applicable Specific Function Training courses.

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
