Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications using React and Python.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
- Write clean maintainable code with proper documentation.
- Utilize Agile methodology to manage project tasks and deliverables.
- Design and implement robust back-end services and RESTful APIs.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Troubleshoot debug and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Work closely with clients to gather requirements and offer technical solutions.
- Perform unit testing and validate the functionality of developed features.
- Ensure security and data protection across applications.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of development processes.
- Assist in the integration of third-party services and tools.
- Mentor junior developers and share best practices.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in React and Python.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML CSS and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
- Understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
- Experience in Agile software development practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Experience with cloud services like AWS or Azure is a plus.
- Understanding of software security best practices.
- Proficiency in unit testing frameworks.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
- Experience in client-facing roles is preferred.
