Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Finance Controller to lead our financial operations at a high-growth phase as we gear up for IPO and expand into new markets.
Lead FP&A, budgeting, and strategic financial modelling Ensure compliance with Indian GAAP, GST, TDS, Companies Act & SEBI norms Oversee IPO readiness, investor reporting & audits Drive cost efficiency, M&A support & scalable systems Education CA with 7 10 years experience Background in profitable startups (D2C/FMCG/Foodtech preferred) Strong in compliance, reporting, and fundraising Prior IPO or investor due diligence experience is a strong plus
