The dishwasher ensures that all kitchen equipment dishware and kitchen areas are well maintained clean and sanitary for both staff and guests.
- Properly maintain and run the dish-washing machine
- Make sure the line pastry and restaurant have the service ware needed for the day (i.e. proper flatware serving utensils plates and cups)
- Make sure the kitchen has all dishes silverware and cups for mealtime and maintain the proper par. Along with checking on cleanliness removing replacing dishes and food when needed
- Maintain a good working relationship with staff management and guests.
- Ensure a clean neat and organized work area.
Requirements
Must understand the importance of customer service and strong work ethic. Must be reliable motivated and ready to work in a professional environment. This position is for overnight shift 5pm-1am averaging around 30 hours a week.
Must have a professional, respectful attitude. Must always wear proper dress code.
