Job Description
We are currently seeking a Service Account Assistant to support our service team in managing client accounts ensuring timely communication and maintaining high standards of service execution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented organized and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing daily service account activities including documentation and scheduling.
Support account managers with client communications and updates.
Track service requests follow-ups and completion timelines.
Maintain accurate and updated records in internal systems.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client concerns efficiently.
Prepare reports summaries and service feedback documentation.
Ensure compliance with company service standards and protocols.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or a related field.
1 year of experience in customer service account support or administrative roles.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
