Job Description
We are currently hiring an Entry-Level Sales Manager to join our energetic team. This is a hands-on growth-focused role ideal for individuals looking to develop their skills in sales marketing and team leadership. You will receive personalized training to build a solid foundation in business operations and sales strategies while preparing for future leadership opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Learn and apply core sales and marketing principles through in-person customer interactions.
Support daily operations including team coordination and performance tracking.
Assist in mentoring and motivating a growing sales team.
Participate in campaign strategy development to increase customer engagement.
Establish and maintain positive client relationships.

Qualifications:
Must be located in the Houston TX area.
Reliable transportation required (this is not a remote position).
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Previous experience in sales marketing or customer service is a plus but not required.
