Job Description
As a Supply Chain Consultant/ Project Manager youll turn strategic priorities into initiatives that drive both operational excellence and commercial growth. Reporting directly to the Head of Supply Chain youll work closely with senior managers and cross-functional teams to translate ideas into structured actions and follow through until measurable results are achieved.
Your work will directly influence key decisions and core processes adding clarity speed and impact to the projects that shape our business.
The essence of your role
- Drive operational excellence: Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable processes across teams.
- Transform data into actionable insights: Create and own reports models and tools to support data-driven decision making.
- Design new solutions: Develop and implement concepts to respond to new market requirements or customer needs.
- Translate strategy into action: Coordinate implementation manage roadblocks and drive initiatives through to measurable results.
- Build connections across stakeholders: Align closely with internal teams (operations customs business units) and external partners (carriers freight forwarders customs).
Qualifications :
This is what you need to succeed
- A bachelors or masters degree and 2 years of experience in consulting project management or a fast-paced startup environment (experience in e-commerce logistics is a strong plus)
- Fluent communication skills in German and English both written and verbal (C1/C2)
- A strong sense of ownership paired with a hands-on mindset you take initiative and drive execution
- Analytical problem-solving skills and confidence working with data
- Being comfortable with a hybrid model that includes 6070% in-office time
