What Youll Do:
- Troubleshoot repair and maintain production equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
- Install new machinery and support equipment upgrades
- Fabricate parts and manage spare parts inventory
- Keep our facility clean safe and compliant with all standards
- Work overtime and weekends as needed to keep operations running smoothly

Qualifications :
Required Education Skills and Experience
- 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong knowledge of mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid drivers license and basic computer skills
- Ability to use hand tools and read electrical schematics
Preferred:
- Technical degree in industrial maintenance
- Experience with PLCs and electronic systems
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
