Location: Saint Louis Missouri (On-site Must work from the office)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary Range: $41200 - $44780 per year
Work Type: In-person (strictly on-site)

This role is ideal for motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and are eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. As an Entry Level Customer Service Assistant you will have the opportunity to interact with clients address their inquiries and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries via phone email and chat.
- Assist customers with product selections and service inquiries.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
- Proficient in using computers and basic office software.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
