BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seekingDirect Support Professionals (DSP) to join the team throughout Springfield regional area. BAYADA caregivers - Direct Support Professionals DSPs - work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential. Our support professionals deliver exceptional support and care to all clients.
- Provide personal care assistance (dressing grooming)
- Accompany clients on errands and appointments
- Spend time on the favorite hobbies and activities of the client
- Assist with everyday tasks such as meal preparation
- Participate in community integration activities

Qualifications for our support professionals:
- One year experience working with intellectual and development disabilities (If you do not have this experience training is available through our apprentice program)
- High school diploma or equivalent

Locations: Buffalo MO and surrounding areas
Type: Part-Time including Weekdays Weekends PRN and Overnights
Pay: Weekly; starting at $17 based on experience
