Job Description
We as Swisstel Uluda Bursa are looking for Swiss Service Agents to join our amazing pre-opening team where we make the impossible possible to make our guests and talents dreams a reality!
What you will be doing:
Adopt a friendly helpful and pleasant attitude to all guests
Assist guests with their needs via phone
Contact appropriate individual or department as necessary to resolve guest call request or problem
Maintain close working co-operation with other departments
Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Turkish and English (verbal and written)
