Office Manager

Were looking for a passionate and organised Office Manager to join our growing team at our Brendale clinic!

About the Role
As the Office Manager your primary focus is supporting the well-being engagement and productivity of the clinical and client services teams in your clinic. Youll work closely with leadership to cultivate a culture of Positivity Kindness and Teamwork ensuring your team is equipped to deliver the highest quality care to children and families.

About You
You should apply for this role if youre someone who:

  • Is systems-savvy and comfortable following structured processes
  • Brings a warm collaborative and can-do attitude to work

Administration experience in allied health education or team leadership is valued but not essential. Were looking for the right mindset and a heart for people.
