Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations including room assignments and inspections
Ensure guest rooms public areas and back-of-house spaces meet or exceed cleanliness standards
Train coach and motivate housekeeping staff to perform at a high level
Monitor inventory and ensure housekeeping supplies are properly stocked and managed
Perform room inspections and provide feedback to staff to maintain quality standards
Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues professionally
Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Assist with scheduling timekeeping and performance evaluations
Ensure compliance with all health safety and sanitation regulations
