Job Description

TMHCC Stop Loss a $2 Billion division within TMHCC leads the way in providing medical stop loss insurance sold to employers. Medical Stop Loss provides an added layer of insurance protection to employers who choose to self-fund their health benefit plans. Self-funding can incur risks from catastrophic claims and Medical Stop Loss insurance from Tokio Marine HCC is designed to protect employers from that risk.

*This role is located onsite in Kennesaw GA*

Position Summary:

Coordinates office services and building maintenance for unit. Provides general clerical and receptionist duties. This position requires 5 days in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate office maintenance including notifying building management when issues arise directing repair personnel and maintaining adequate kitchen supplies.

  • Manage the repair and general maintenance of office equipment such as postage meter coffee ice and water machines. Coordinate with the IT department when copy machines need service.

  • Purchase all necessary office supplies to assist company productivity.

  • Coordinate and organize fire/floor wardens.

  • Maintain the upkeep of all office machinery (i.e. postage machine photo copiers etc.) to include adding ink water tape toner paper and postage.

  • Perform receptionist duties answering phones receive and sign for packages and maintain the reception area.

  • Clerical work including processing incoming and outgoing mail and all FedEx packages.

  • Perform other clerical duties as needed such as data entry filing photocopying scanning and collating.

  • Other duties as assigned by Manager.

Education Experience & Knowledge:

  • Minimum Highschool Diploma or GED.

  • 2 years relevant and progressive experience in area of specialization.

  • Possess and have ability to apply basic knowledge of principles practices and procedures

  • Good written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality tact and diplomacy

  • Good organizational and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Intermediate proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office package (Excel PowerPoint Word)
