Position Summary: The Recruiting Lead serves as the subject matter expert for an assigned business unit function or geographic area. The Recruiting Lead also provides full cycle recruiting services to the assigned business unit(s) and is responsible for sourcing qualifying and delivering diverse candidates.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Partnerwith senior leadership and hiring managers to consult on hiring plans define job requirements develop candidate generation strategies and screen candidates through the full life cycle recruiting process.
  • Provide insights into specific business units or functions to recruiting leadership.
  • Incollaboration with the Recruiting Manager and/or Sr. Director provide guidance on recruitment needs and priority levels to the entire recruiting organization.
  • Understandthe talent demands of their assigned functional area and translate those demands into a staffing strategy that is timely and results-driven with clear action items.
  • Developcreativesourcing plans to include traditional networking strategies web-based and social media strategies.
  • Workwith management peers and other HR colleagues to ensure consistency across the organization relating to policies and/or practices.
  • Ensurecompliance with all required local state and federal employment and laborlaws.
  • May serve as a mentor to junior talent acquisition staff.
  • Performsother duties as assigned by supervisor.

Experience and Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent combination of education training and experience.
  • 3years of corporate agency or headhunter recruitingexperience.
  • Advanced experiencewith one or more recruiting software platforms such as ZipRecruiter CareerBuilder LinkedIn Indeed and various applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels to communicate with internal and external stakeholders articulately.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint Project and/or Access).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g. H1B status).

Preferred Knowledge Skills Abilities or Certifications:

  • Experience in home services and residential remodeling industries.

  • No travel required.

Overtime/Additional Hours Requirements:

  • Additional hours may be required (exempt positions).

Physical Requirements:

  • Normal office environment.
  • Performs indoor work in a climate-controlled environment.
  • Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
