Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer support via phone email and live chat to German-speaking customers.
- Assist with airline bookings flight changes cancellations and related inquiries.
- Effectively communicate solutions to customer issues while maintaining professionalism.
- Ensure accurate data entry and follow up on any unresolved queries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies procedures and promotions.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German is essential (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication writing and listening skills.
- A positive can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Computer literacy; ECDL certificate is preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferably in a call center or travel industry.
- Flexibility to work shifts as rostered from Monday to Sunday.
