RequirementsAbout the Role
Were looking for a commercially minded and well-connected Senior Channel Partnerships Manager to develop and scale our referral and channel partner network. Youll play a key role in building strategic relationships with consultants advisory firms digital agencies and tech platforms helping to establish Propello as their go-to loyalty platform for their clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify prospect and onboard new referral partners (agencies tech platforms consultants etc.)
- Manage and nurture existing relationships with strategic partners
- Create co-marketing initiatives and sales enablement tools to support partners in generating referrals
- Lead commercial negotiations and establish incentive models that drive pipeline growth
- Work closely with sales and marketing to align on messaging and partner proposition
- Track performance and report on the impact of partner-sourced leads and opportunities
- Represent Propello at key industry events and networking forums in the UK and internationally
The Ideal Candidate
- 5 years of experience in partnerships channel sales or business development
- Experience working with or selling to digital agencies consultants or digital transformation businesses
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue through partners
- Excellent relationship-building influencing and negotiation skills
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a scale-up environment
- SaaS or MarTech experience is a plus
