What You Will Achieve

In this role you will:

• Oversee product finishing scheduling including setting up operating maintaining and adjusting processes or packaging equipment.
• Utilize prior work experience and extensive knowledge to adapt standard methods and procedures enhancing efficiency throughput and quality.
• Identify and recommend necessary delivery and process improvements for various work situations.
• Complete batch records and associated documentation within an integrated computerized manufacturing environment.
• Contribute to team deliverables represent the work group within department teams and foster a positive team environment.
• Manage personal time and professional development take accountability for results prioritize workflow and assist less-experienced colleagues.
• Complete assignments based on established procedures troubleshoot process issues and provide direction and training to team members.
• Share knowledge within and across multiple work groups.
• Proactively identify and resolve non-routine problems making decisions between multiple options in a structured environment.
• Work under general supervision complete recurring assignments independently refer new or unusual problems to the supervisor and ensure non-standard work is reviewed for sound technical judgment.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 4 years of experience
• Manufacturing experience
• Skill in analyzing information problems situations practices or procedures
• Strong math skills with the ability to calculate percentages and develop basic graphs and spreadsheets
• Effective communication of work instructions and coordination of the work of others
• Ability to work in a controlled temperature environment while wearing clean room attire
• Experience in managing operations for the assembly and packaging of finished goods

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements):

• Bachelors Degree with substantial experience in MMI (Modified Manual Inspection)
• Hands-on expertise in MMI ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the inspection process
• Ability to work effectively under general supervision and complete recurring assignments independently
• Experience in training and providing direction to other team members
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster a positive team environment
• Ability to share knowledge and collaborate effectively with colleagues from other business units
