Mechanical Service Project Manager
Minneapolis MN Direct Hire $80k-$125k
Konik is partnered with a growing mechanical contractor who is adding a Service Project Manager to their team.
Service Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage industrial commercial projects progress and schedule; resolve any needed changes
- Establish develop and retain service relationships for commercial and industrial customers
- Oversee budgets and drive results
- Ensure correct material equipment and subcontractors are coordinated
Service Project Manager Requirements:
- 5 years of experience managing HVAC projects
- Ability to work in a collaborative and solutions driven environment
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to read construction drawing and blueprints
