Job Description
St. Thomas Aquinas High School is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Boys Lacrosse Coach to lead our program and inspire student-athletes for the upcoming season. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to sportsmanship skill development and the overall growth of each player both on and off the field. Responsibilities:Plan organize and conduct effective practices and training sessionsTeach fundamental and advanced lacrosse skills and strategiesFoster a positive inclusive and team-oriented environmentSupervise athletes during practices games and team travelCommunicate regularly with students parents and school administrationPromote academic achievement and personal development among playersEnsure the safety and well-being of all team membersMaintain equipment and field facilities Qualifications:Previous coaching experience in lacrosse (preferred)Strong knowledge of the game rules and coaching techniquesExcellent leadership communication and organizational skillsAbility to work collaboratively with athletes parents and staffCPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)Commitment to the mission and values of St. Thomas Aquinas High School How to Apply:Interested candidates should submit a resume and cover letter to Dave Morissette STA Athletic Director at Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.
