The Global Infrastructure Supply Chain finance team is responsible for supporting one of the largest and most complicated supply chains in the world. This team is responsible for providing financial leadership as we design source manufacturing assemble deploy and ultimately retire equipment enabling $100B of dollars of revenue. Supply Chain Finance is seeking a Finance Manager to drive results through mechanism development and execution. In this role the leader will help drive supply chain decisions related to inventory turns and minimizing obsolescence. They will help optimize procurement and manufacturing processes and will help drive improvements in forecast accuracy.
Key job responsibilities Drive reporting for supply chain inventory and help drive insights that drive the business. Identify opportunities for process improvement. Size the value of costs supporting inventory and obsolescence and recommend optimal outcomes. Partner with a variety of business teams and cross-Finance to enable a unified vision and strategy on inventory.
- 5 years of tax finance or a related analytical field experience - Bachelors degree in finance accounting business economics or a related analytical field (e.g. engineering math computer science) or Bachelors degree and 5 years of quantitative role (engineering process re-engineering quality assurance) experience
- 6 years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience - 6 years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models analysis and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g. financial savings operational improvements or customer benefits) experience - MBA or CPA - Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL MS Access Essbase Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle SAP Lawson JD Edwards) - Experience delivering forecasting budgeting and variance analysis and data interpretation of results - Knowledge of SQL/ETL - 6 years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience - 6 years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience - 6 years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience - 6 years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
