Summary
Were seeking a Store Manager to lead the operations and growth of Crossroads Collective a vibrant social enterprise retail store. This is not your typical retail role. From day-to-day operations to long-term vision the Store Manager is a key player in ensuring Crossroads thrives as both a successful business and a mission-aligned extension of Catholic Charities of Acadianas values. Youll be responsible for driving sales managing merchandise leading a dedicated team and creating a welcoming space for customers vendors and volunteers alike. Duties will include but are not limited to the following:
- Sales Marketing and Communication
- Lead sales efforts and meet quarterly revenue goals
- Oversee online store operations and pop-up shop initiatives
- Train staff to deliver exceptional customer service and sales performance
- Analyze sales trends and implement growth strategies
- Maintain brand consistency across platforms
- Merchandise Management
- Source new products and consignment vendors
- Coordinate vendor relationships and payment through the Crossroads Collective consignment program
- Manage purchase orders tagging and inventory reporting
- Store Operations
- Handle deposits expenses and financial tasks
- Maintain store appearance and customer experience
- Manage Shopify platform and order fulfillment
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Team Leadership
- Hire train and supervise staff and volunteers
- Coordinate schedules and assign responsibilities
- Collaborate with Human Resources as needed
- Maintain digital archives and store documentation
- Support staff on the sales floor including occasional Saturdays
Job Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelors degree preferred
- 5 years in a sales or retail environment
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with Shopify or similar platforms preferred
Job Specifications
- Medium: Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects 100% of the time.

- Job Schedule: M-F; some weekends
