REIWA is seeking a proactive and people-oriented Workforce Development Representative to join our Training team. In this outward-facing role youll act as the key link between REIWA Training and our member agencies identifying workforce development needs recommending training solutions and promoting course offerings that drive professional growth in the WA real estate sector.
Youll thrive on relationship-building with regular travel across the Perth metro area to engage with members attend industry events and represent REIWA Training in the field. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in client services sales or training to contribute to a high-impact team in a respected values-driven organisation.

Background in sales account management client services or training.
Knowledge of the real estate industry or RTO/CPD training environment
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
Previous experience using NetSuite/Salesforce CRM (desirable)
