About the role
As a Team Leader for our Early Years Centre you will lead a multi-disciplinary team of early childhood professionals including social workers and early childhood educators who provide supported Playgroups family and targeted support and early childhood education to families with children under 8 years of age.
Our services focus onearly intervention and prevention to ultimately empower children and families.You will work as part of strong and collaborative leadership team of 2 team leaders supportingCairns and Gordonvale Early Years Centres with various opportunities to be autonomous and lead on projects which meet funding outcomes. Our team is a supportive strength based multidisciplinary team with a broad range of early childhood teachers and educators social workers child health nurses midwives and allied health qualified professionals committed to high quality work providing wrap around early intervention services.
