We are currently seeking expressions of interest for a Senior Project Manager EPMO to join our Corporate Services division. In this role you will oversee the management and continuous improvement of our project program and portfolio management solution.. In this role you will lead enhancements to the project management platform ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the business.
You will be responsible for overseeing development configuration and support of the platform working closely with stakeholders across the department. As a project leader youll be responsible for establishing performance reporting systems engaging stakeholders and driving change initiatives aligned with the departments objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact while working across a dynamic multi-disciplinary environment.
What You Will Bring to the Role
- Proven ability to lead complex high-profile projects within tight timeframes balancing competing priorities and limited resources.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills particularly in navigating divergent views and interests across the organisation.
- A strategic mindset with demonstrated capability in influencing critical thinking and problem-solving in complex project environments.
- Advanced communication skills to engage varied audiences and lead discussions that result in informed practical outcomes.
- A commitment to project excellence and continuous improvement with a focus on delivering public value and optimising outcomes.
